General Assembly Feasibility Lead – Job

• Perform General Assembly feasibility activities across New & MCA programs and provide direction to manufacturing feasibility specialists.
• Drive product design to manufacturing requirements and coordinate internal manufacturing customers with the Product team through co-location; propose alternative product solutions to drive issue closure.
• Develop Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize capital expenditure (Capex), support future Plant Loading studies, and lead Vertical Integration for Make/Buy alignment.
• Develop detailed Process Maps; ensure feasibility studies are performed in the plant environment; lead Change Management meetings to align product processes and tooling; manage General Assembly KPIs.
• Ensure Design to Manufacturing and feasibility requirements are implemented in the product design prior to TKO's.
• Develop high-visibility weekly updates to Stellantis management and travel to assembly plants to support WPI and Launch activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of Manufacturing/Product engineering experience, with knowledge of manufacturing/plant operations and product design
• Strong knowledge of GA manufacturing processes, tooling, carriers
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong knowledge of DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly)
• Self-motivated and able to achieve results under time pressure
• Ability to work with all levels of management while maintaining clear communication
• Superior teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

• Master's Degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of Manufacturing/Product engineering experience with knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations
