Overview
The SRT Mid-Size Truck Chief Vehicle Engineer (CVE) is the single point of contact for all engineering activities and is responsible to lead the technical aspects of the program to achieve customer requirements and functional targets. The role covers SRT variants of Mid-Size trucks and identified programs, managing projects (Q, C, T, P) to adapt and validate components developed by PRS on the Top Hat, ensuring a transversal and optimized development, validation, and integration approach with low expenses and short lead times from Initial program launch to Top Hat launches.
The CVE delivers a complete system fully validated and integrated at vehicle level (integration in vehicle control units, remote functions, HMI, etc.).

Responsibilities- Serve as the single point of contact for all engineering activities for the program.
- Lead the technical aspects to meet customer requirements and functional targets.
- Manage SRT Mid-Size Truck variants and identified programs; oversee projects (Q, C, T, P) to adapt and validate components developed by PRS on Top Hats.
- Ensure a transversal, optimized development, validation, and integration approach across Top Hats with cost and time efficiency.
- Deliver a complete, fully validated system integrated at vehicle level (vehicle control units, remote functions, HMI, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials, Chemical, Civil, Aerospace, Computer), or other engineering degrees with relevant experience considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and abilities.
- Strong communication skills with all organizational levels.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university, and/or MBA.
- Program management experience related to cost, timing, risk, and product selections.
- Understanding of Stellantis corporate systems and tools.
- Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with high-performance and/or racing programs.
