Engine Performance and Fuel Economy Technical Lead

Stellantis seeks an Engine Performance and Fuel Economy Technical Lead to drive optimization of combustion, emissions, and efficiency for global vehicle programs. You will define performance targets, lead engine and vehicle test plans, and develop calibration strategies to balance power, drivability, fuel economy, and regulatory compliance. Partnering with design, controls, and software teams, you'll analyze test data, refine control algorithms, and support launch readiness.
