Vehicle Industrialization Lead Engineer

Stellantis is seeking a Vehicle Industrialization Lead Engineer to drive the launch of new vehicles from concept to serial production. You will define and optimize manufacturing processes, coordinate plant readiness, and ensure quality, cost, and timing targets are met. Partnering with product engineering, plants, and suppliers, you'll lead industrial feasibility studies, line trials, and process validation, focusing on electrified and software-defined vehicles.

You'll champion lean principles, resolve launch issues, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
