ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an Issue Resolution Engineer for the Premium Infotainment team. You will own issues from intake to closure, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and drive root-cause analysis with hands-on vehicle data collection.
In this role you will lead technical discussions with suppliers, validate fixes, document findings, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. A strong background in automotive engineering and cross-functional communication is required.
