Jr. Automotive Project Planner

Our client, the automotive industry, is seeking a Jr. Automotive Project Planner to join their team. As a Jr. Automotive Project Planner, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting cross-functional teams involved in vehicle development and production.

Job Title:Jr. Automotive Project Planner

Location:Auburn Hills, MI / Warren, MI and Detroit, MI Assembly Plants

• Coordinate project scheduling to ensure timing consistency across phases
• Create and manage bulletins and responses related to project updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare governance decks and product action requests
• Support achievement of labor, validation, and prototype financial targets
• Manage vehicle build plans and delivery schedules to meet validation requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business from an ABET accredited university
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-directed process thinker
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
