Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with an automotive engineering organization, is seeking a skilled Product Engineer – Engine System Cooling. This role is responsible for designing, developing, validating, and releasing cooling system components for electrified vehicles while supporting product development from concept through launch. You'll collaborate with engineering, testing, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver high-quality cooling system solutions that meet performance, timing, and manufacturing objectives.
NO C2C or 3rd party vendors are allowed for this role.

Job Duties- Design, develop, validate, and release cooling system components for electrified vehicle programs
- Support development of cooling module assemblies including radiators, condensers, electric fan assemblies, transmission oil coolers, hose and tube assemblies, electric coolant heaters, valves, and pumps
- Manage assigned components throughout all phases of vehicle development
- Lead early packaging and component development activities to achieve cooling system performance objectives
- Coordinate CAE analysis, component design, prototyping, testing, and engineering documentation
- Partner with suppliers to ensure manufacturable designs and successful completion of development milestones
- Support vehicle build activities, testing, validation, and issue resolution
- Drive quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives following product launch
- 3–5 years of product engineering experience in automotive cooling systems or related components
- Experience developing cooling system components for vehicle applications
- Experience utilizing CAE methodologies to support product development
- Experience performing or supporting DFMEA activities
- Experience developing and executing Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R) documentation
- Experience collaborating with suppliers throughout the product development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience supporting electrified or hybrid vehicle programs
- Knowledge of cooling module assemblies and thermal management systems
- Experience supporting prototype builds and vehicle validation activities
- Familiarity with automotive product release processes
- Experience investigating validation issues and implementing corrective actions
- Knowledge of manufacturing and design-for-manufacturability principles
