Position SummaryMunro is seeking highly motivated engineering graduates who are eager to accelerate their careers through hands-on technical consulting work. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with real products, real customer challenges, and experienced industry experts from day one.
Unlike traditional entry-level engineering positions that focus on a single product or discipline, Associate Consulting Engineers gain broad exposure across industries, technologies, and engineering functions. You will help analyze products, identify improvement opportunities, evaluate manufacturing processes, and develop recommendations that influence engineering and business decisions.
This position is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving technical problems, and wants to quickly develop both engineering and consulting skills.

- Support customer meetings, workshops, and project reviews
- Collaborate with team members across engineering, manufacturing, costing, and project management disciplines
- Translate technical findings into clear and actionable recommendations

Required
- Bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
