Prototype Build Engineer
Our client, a leading Automotive Engineering and Vehicle Development organization, is seeking a Prototype Build Engineer to join their team. As a Prototype Build Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Prototype Development Department supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Program Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a self-driven mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

- Develop and communicate prototype vehicle build plans based on vehicle specifications.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and track prototype part development.
- Monitor program timing, build schedules, and project milestones.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure prototype build deliverables are completed successfully.
- Resolve issues impacting build quality, engineering design, manufacturing processes, and program timing.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle build processes and manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate status updates to management.
