EOL Calibration Engineer

Job Description:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the development and calibration of Powertrain Engine controls features
• Very good knowledge of internal combustion engines
• Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data
• Working knowledge of engine analysis and calibration tools, emissions development, engine technologies and competitive products
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA
• Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques
• Proficient in advanced simulation tools
• Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop EOL calibration for assigned Powertrain modules
• Perform the EOL testing on vehicle and fine tune the Cals as needed
• Assist in developing and executing the EOL test scripts
• Use the OEM specific diagnostic tool chain to validate the OBD features
• Develop the proto models to fix EOL validation issue as a part of root cause analysis
