- esLead development and validation activities for automatic transmission system
- s.Design and develop components aligned to performance, durability, and functional requirement
- s.Plan and execute validation testing, including test plans, bill of materials (BOM), and test schedule
- s.Support test cell setup, instrumentation, debugging, and execution of validation program
- s.Perform root cause analysis of test issues, failures, and stoppages; drive corrective action
- s.Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, calibration, thermal management, and engine engineering team
- s.Analyze test data and generate validation reports with actionable recommendation
- s.Lead post-test inspection activities and documentation of result
- s.Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables effectivel
