Job Title: Seat Complete Design Release Engineer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Pay Range: $57/hour

• Design, develop, and release complete vehicle seating systems.
• Manage seating programs throughout the product lifecycle from concept through production and end-of-life.
• Develop and integrate seat structures, foam, trim, and seating components.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, quality, cost, and performance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with vehicle seating systems and seat integration.
• CAD experience, preferably NX and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of FMVSS/ECE regulations, BOM management, and DFMEA methodologies.
