• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for mid-sized commercial electrical projects
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to develop precise cost estimates
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and project feasibility
• Identify project risks and provide value engineering solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and industry trends
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Assist in bid proposals, contract negotiations, and pre-construction planning

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical estimating, specifically for commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Vision Infosoft Estimating Software is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
