This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, lead safety recall activities, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and quality in vehicle service solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review safety investigations to assess vehicle issues and potential remedies.
  • Conduct detailed analyses including repair procedures, engineering reports, and part inspections.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop service solutions and coordinate necessary resources.
  • Lead multiple safety recall activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Participate in lab events and document findings for further action.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, and maintain project logs.
  • Support Advanced Service Methods Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of OEM automotive experience in service or vehicle engineering.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of automotive systems and dealership operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • 100% onsite presence required at Auburn Hills CTC facility.
  • Local travel required; valid driving license necessary.
  • Proficient in PC skills (Excel, Word, PPT, CAD, etc.).
Preferences
  • Experience with FCA US LLC / Stellantis systems and processes.
  • ASE certification in automotive repair.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Diagnostic skills for field support.
  • Experience with EBOM, SBOM, AMPS, Change Notices, and CAD.
