We are seeking a Product Engineer Engine System Cooling to support the design, development, validation, and release of critical cooling system components for vehicle programs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to deliver innovative solutions that support performance, quality, and manufacturability objectives. This opportunity is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving technical challenges while working throughout the complete product development lifecycle.

• Design, develop, validate, and release engine cooling system components
• Support cooling module assemblies including radiators, condensers, electric fan assemblies, transmission oil coolers, coolant hoses and tubes, valves, pumps, and electric coolant heaters
• Lead early packaging and component development activities to achieve cooling system functional objectives
• Coordinate design, CAE activities, prototyping, testing, and associated engineering documentation
• Develop and maintain Design Validation Plans and Reports (DVP&R)
• Participate in DFMEA activities to identify and mitigate potential design risks
• Collaborate with suppliers to support design-for-manufacturability and monitor component maturity milestones
• Support vehicle assembly builds, testing events, and issue resolution activities
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for technical concerns
• Address post-launch quality issues and identify cost reduction opportunities
• Work closely with design, CAE, manufacturing, testing, and supplier teams throughout development programs

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive product development, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field
• Experience with engine cooling systems, thermal management systems, heat exchangers, coolant systems, HVAC systems, fluid systems, or related automotive cooling components
• Experience supporting components through the complete product development lifecycle, including design, development, validation, testing, and launch
• Experience using CAD software such as CATIA, NX, Creo, Solid Works, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of engineering validation and testing processes
• Experience performing root cause analysis and technical problem solving
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, CAE, testing, manufacturing, and supplier teams
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with radiators, condensers, fan assemblies, transmission oil coolers, coolant hoses/tubes, valves, pumps, or electric coolant heaters
• Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, and APQP
• Experience supporting vehicle testing and launch activities
• Experience working directly with suppliers and managing development milestones
• Exposure to CAE analysis and thermal performance evaluations
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
