School & Group Booking Coordinator - Legoland Discovery Center Michigan

• Build, grow, and maintain strong business relationships across key markets
• Drive new and repeat business to hit (and beat) volume & revenue goals
• Lead tour, travel, and group bookings to boost site traffic and sales
• Track success with booking, revenue, and campaign performance reports
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, promotions, and client programs
• Manage event logistics, schedules, contracts, and ongoing client communication
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, follow-ups, and client education initiatives
• Stay market-savvy while handling evolving responsibilities and special projects

• High school diploma or GED required (college degree a plus!)
• 2+ years of customer service experience; call center / reservations experience helpful
• Pro multitasker who can juggle multiple projects with ease
• Strong written & verbal communication skills with a positive, adaptable attitude
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
