• 🧹 Keep it spotless! Clean and maintain all guest and staff areas to the highest standards — from floors to fixtures.
• 🚮 Take pride in presentation. Empty trash bins, clean surfaces, and make every space shine.
• 🚻 Maintain the essentials. Restock and refresh restrooms and public areas throughout the day.
• ⚡ Be the eyes and ears. Report any maintenance or safety concerns right away.
• 🧰 Use your tools wisely. Safely operate custodial equipment and follow all cleaning and safety procedures.
• 🧱 Team up for success! Work closely with your fellow LEGOLAND heroes to make sure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and magical environment.

• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
