Overview
TI Automotive uses One Stream as its group consolidation and reporting system supporting both operational and statutory reporting. The Finance Systems team is responsible for the maintenance and development of One Stream in addition to the support for the leases system and other accounting systems s role acts as a system administrator and provides leadership for One Stream development, and reports to the Director of Financial Systems.
Responsibilitiesof Position
- Provide end user support to global finance teams in relation to the Group Finance Systems
- One Stream global platform:
- System administration including maintenance, upgrades, testing enhancements, metadata management and maintaining business rules
- Report creation and maintenance
- Work with the rest of the team and lead/support application development to enhance existing functionality and extend the use of the system
- Testing of periodic system upgrades
- Preparing application documentation related to troubleshooting and training
- Monthly load of central monthly data
- Guidance for other One Stream support resources
- Manage monthly foreign exchange rates in the finance systems
- Strong IT literacy - Excel/VBA/SQL
- Keen interest and solid experience in system development
- Methodical and organised
- Good communicator, including with non-native English speakers
- Knowledge of accounting concepts, particularly those pertinent to group consolidations
- Robust IT change management skill and internal controls mindset
- Systems administration of a consolidation/EPM system - One Stream preferred, but experience in HFM (or similar systems) also considered
- Experience of working in a large international business environment
- Extensive data manipulation and analysis in Excel
- Experience of delivering training to users
- Bachelors degree in finance or related field
- Advanced Excel training
- Evidence of formal training on consolidation systems
- An accounting qualification would be beneficial
- Valid passport and driver s license.
- Ability to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Occasionally lifts and carries up to 10 pounds.
- Some of the work time is spent standing, walking, lifting and bending.
