Senior Financial Analyst, Technical Accounting

• Analyze complex accounting and financial transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities
• Research and document accounting conclusions for unique business events and strategic initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, treasury, and operational leaders
• Assist with corporate financial reporting and compliance requirements
• Participate in special projects involving acquisitions, process improvements, automation, and business transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, and emerging AI tools
• Support leadership with financial analysis and recommendations related to key business decisions

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting, finance, audit, or financial reporting experience
• Public accounting experience highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Experience supporting complex accounting or financial matters preferred
