As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely within their homes.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties like cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks.
