- Have at least two (2) years of full-time experience in a professional or administrative position in a human service, mental health, public administration, or related field.
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration.
- Bachelors or better in Psychology.

- Participates in Contract Management and Provider Management meetings to review the progress of DCO monitoring efforts and coordinate plans for ongoing provider oversight under Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC)
- Coordinates with contract management, quality assurance, program and administrative staff in developing and modifying monitoring tools in alignment with CCBHC standards.
- Facilitates meetings quarterly with DCO partners to review CCBHC requirements including contract, credentialing, training and data requirements. Coordinates with CCBHC team and department leads to update Staffing and Training Plans.
- Creates and maintains a master audit schedule and coordinates internally and externally to ensure contract requirements are adhered to. Maintains ongoing schedule of provider performance audits, corrective action plans and follow up.
- Collaborate with DCO and CCBHC Leads to ensure data is collected and distributed in accordance with the monitoring plan, corrective action plans, and follow up.
- Maintain active and open lines of communication between the CCBHC and DCO provider, including responses to DCO relationship questions and liaison for CCBHC requirements.
- Collaborates with the Corporate Compliance Team and Program Liaison to address any provider concerns or grievances related to the monitoring effort.
- Ensure DCO provider follows through with service delivery as it relates to the individuals referral needs, person-centered planning, and care coordination. Gather relevant data from DCO provider for utilization management of services rendered and support care coordination for interdisciplinary teams. Including relevant data need to support Quality Measure performance.
- Ensure DCO provider partners meet required trainings/EBPs, credentialing, and staffing levels in alignment with CCBHC requirements. Review status of contracts quarterly and complete provider monitoring (audit) for all DCO partners annually. Explore data sharing expectations and methodology for collecting required metric information (HIE) with DCO providers to streamline workflow. Additionally, provide support with any systems training or set-up needed to support utilization of CCBHC’s EHR for service entry.
- Provides quarterly performance updates on monitoring efforts to Leadership. Collaborate with other department leads to ensure effective communication is happening across network providers and programs.
