Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Provides care to child/adolescent (9-18) in a manner that considers safety, residents' rights, comfort, level of development, and the therapeutic environment;
Continuously observes the residents' behavior, mental status and activities, and reports this information to the appropriate clinical staff;
Assists with activities of daily living and encourages independent behavior;
Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers;
Assists with resident trips outside the center transporting residents in hospital van, as needed
