About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across all systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic vision to align network solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As the Network Architect, you will be responsible to:

• Network Design & Architecture:
  Develop and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud network architectures.
• Implementation & Configuration:
  Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and optimize network performance.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Monitor network health, troubleshoot issues, and plan for capacity.
• Security & Compliance:
  Implement firewalls, VPNs, and ensure adherence to security standards.
• Vendor Management:
  Manage vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs.
• Disaster Recovery:
  Create and maintain network continuity and recovery plans.
• Innovation:
  Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in network architecture and design required
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), hardware, and security frameworks required
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies required
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• SD-WAN Technologies:
  Design and deployment of software-defined WAN solutions preferred
• Network Automation:
  Experience with scripting (Python, Ansible) for network automation and orchestration preferred
• Zero Trust Architecture:
  Implementing secure access frameworks and segmentation strategies preferred
• Cloud Networking:
  Advanced experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred
• Network Virtualization:
  Working with technologies like VMware NSX or similar preferred
• Performance Optimization:
  Capacity planning and QoS configuration for high-performance networks preferred
• Security Integration:
  Deep understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure network design principles preferred

Preferred Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty
• CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Security+
• Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (JNCIP)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, IT or related field
