This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Robotics Technical Support Manager

• Provide escalation technical support for ABB Robotics products, systems, and software via phone, email, and remote tools
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues in robotics and automation systems
• Analyze customer problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and field service teams to resolve complex issues
• Document cases, solutions, and best practices in internal support systems
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting response time and quality targets

• Bachelor s Degree and 4+ years  experience, Associate s Degree and 6+ years  experience OR High School Degree and 8+ years  experience
• 4+ years of previous technical support, field service, or engineering experience working with Industrial Robotics, PLCs, or automation systems
• You are immersed in and enjoy working with Robotics and Automation; experience in technical support, field service, or industrial automation
• Experience with ABB Robotics products is preferred
• Programming Experience, such as robot programming, or scripting in industrial or technical environments preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel 10-20%
• You are at ease communicating in English, Spanish is a plus
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
