Overview / DescriptionDevelops core technical platform, capabilities, and services that support business processes and data including:
Mapping relationships between IT platform/infrastructure components (i.e., Technology End Users, IT Systems Software & Hardware, and Networks). Identifies key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting the organization’s ability to achieve integration, compatibility, and performance targets. Evaluates total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives.

- Resolve problems related to hardware, software, and network.
- Utilize ticketing system to track, prioritize and report on customer issues from initiation to closure.

Job Location Specific RequirementsJob Summary
The OT Security Architect will design, implement, and govern security architectures for operational technology environments, applying Zero Trust principles to protect critical industrial and IT systems. This role will collaborate with IT, plant operations, and security teams to ensure secure access, network segmentation, and threat mitigation across IT, manufacturing and industrial operations. The architect will drive strategy, standards, and solutions to enhance the resilience, visibility, and security posture of OT systems.
Job Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain security architectures for OT environments while integrating Zero Trust principles across IT systems.
- Develop and enforce network segmentation, access controls, and secure connectivity between IT and OT systems to minimize risk exposure.
- Partner with IT, plant operations, and security teams to assess risks, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigations in OT and industrial control systems.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of security technologies that support Zero Trust in IT and OT environments, including identity and access management, micro-segmentation, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Establish security standards, policies, and procedures for OT systems in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
- Conduct security reviews and audits of OT systems, documenting findings and coordinating remediation with IT and OT stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support for secure system design and configuration during new OT system implementations or upgrades.
- Collaborate with incident response and threat intelligence teams to detect, investigate, and respond to security events in OT and IT environments.
