Learning Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting training delivery and learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Ensure the effective and timely implementation of learning initiatives designed by the Learning & Development team.
• Support needs analysis and gather individual training requests related to various programs.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including e-learning, virtual classes, and instructor-led training, adhering to global standards and guidelines.
• Maintain and update training data within the learning management system (CSOD) and ensure data accuracy.
• Collect and report on key learning metrics such as satisfaction scores and hours delivered, ensuring compliance with local and global policies.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience with CSOD (Cornerstone) LMS platform.
• Experience in LMS ownership and training coordination.
• Strong project management skills, including organization, follow‑up, and timeline management.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions and logistics simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
