JOB PURPOSE The AI Agent Developer Intern at PHINIA will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing model-driven Power App and developing dashboards to facilitate enterprise-level IT operations reviews. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Power Apps and Power BI, contributing to the optimization of our IT processes and decision-making capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the IT team to understand the current model-driven Power App.

Develop and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.

Test and troubleshoot enhancements to ensure optimal performance.

Design and develop Power BI dashboards that provide insights for enterprise-level IT operations reviews.

Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive and insightful dashboards.

Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and meet the needs of stakeholders.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.

Generate reports and visualizations that communicate

Work closely with IT team members and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Present findings and updates to the team and management.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for Power Apps and Power BI.Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and tools.

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in Power Apps and Power BI.Familiarity with data analysis and visualization techniques.

Basic understanding of SQL and data management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
