Supplier Quality (SQ) Warranty Analyst
Location:
Auburn Hills, MI 48326
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay rate range: $50.00 - $55.00/hour on W2.
Position Summary:
- The SQ Warranty Analyst is responsible for supporting warranty performance analysis and driving corrective actions aligned with the organization’s Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative.
- This role focuses on identifying high-impact warranty issues, enabling rapid root cause investigation, and supporting cross-functional teams to reduce 3
MIS and improve overall supplier quality performance.
- Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3
MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for TTF focus - Support execution and tracking of the Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor warranty performance, TTF metrics, and supplier accountability
- Collaborate with SQEs, engineering, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to support escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (GIMS, warranty databases, etc.)
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against TTF targets and key risk areas
