10+ in IT field, 5+ in AMS Support role.

• Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues, debug and arrive at solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hands‑on, self‑driven, solution‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
• AMS support experience.
• Ability to query system logs and debug issues.
• Understand system integration concepts, especially API specifications.
• Ability to create flow diagrams to provide an operational view of functionality.
• Good exposure to the automotive domain, preferably connected vehicle.
• Strong technical background demonstrating solid understanding of IT systems and ability to support them.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
• Perform operational tasks such as monitoring, analysis, reporting and prompt attention to issues.
• Communicate outages/incidents that affect the user community.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issues toward closure.
• Analyze incidents and propose improvement ideas to avoid incidents and reduce inflow.
• Perform system administration tasks such as certificate management, product version tracking and upgrade support, etc.
• Programming background is a plus.

• Experience working in agile/scrum methodology.
• Collaborated with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
