Experience in setting up authentication mechanism For K2 with on premise identity stores
Knowledge of admin, designing, solutions for K2 implementation for global user base
Define & Support the development of framework for K2 roadmap, K2 implementation & migration from other sources (Especially SharePoint, for content as well as associated Workflows)
Support and manage Architectural requirements related to integration with internal security and other systems / Repositories
Articulate & Document functionality matrix offered by the Google suite platform (boundaries and limitations)
Identify 3rd party solutions / products for successful implementation of the Google collaboration roadmap
Define, develop and execute K2 solutions (From SharePoint. Lotus notes or file share based systems)
Identify and establish Governance guidelines and support needs for the platform
Identify, develop and document repeatable design and implementation methodologies
Collaborate with other architects on the ECM & SharePoint CoE for efficient and effective solution design
Keep track of K2 product roadmap with regards to functional / Architectural changes and the product functionality roll-out schedule
Work with Project manager to support project work schedule
Execute other tasks as assigned
Communicate migration status effectively and in timely manner with other resources on the team (email, chat, phone)
Prioritize workloads in a dynamic environment
