• The Supplier Quality Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing warranty performance data to identify high-impact supplier quality issues, drive root cause prioritization, and support Time to Fix (TTF) improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in reducing 3
  
  MIS/kPPM by translating complex warranty data into actionable insights that enable supplier escalation, GIMS closure, and cross-functional alignment.

• Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3
  
  MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for TTF focus
• Support execution and tracking of the Time to Fix (TTF) GIMS initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor warranty performance, TTF metrics, and supplier accountability
• Collaborate with SQEs, engineering, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to support escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (GIMS, warranty databases, etc.)
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against TTF targets and key risk areas
• GIMS attack support, Quantic, data analysis, excel, Power Point
• 5-7 years of experience preferred but will consider more years of experience
