We are seeking an experienced and collaborative iShowroom Technical Project Manager to support and expand North America's iShowroom digital tool solutions with a focus on connected services. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives that enhance onboarding, enrollment, and overall customer and dealer experiences across connected and software services platforms.

• Lead the development, production, and execution of new North American iShowroom features supporting connected and software services onboarding and enrollment
• Organize, manage, and oversee high-level programs and technical project activities
• Conduct status meetings with project teams and present program updates to management and directors
• Implement and streamline consistent processes across project teams
• Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, logs, meeting minutes, and project categorization
• Collaborate with internal teams, business partners, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple regions and departments
• Coordinate dependencies with product owners and stakeholders across the organization
• Support issue resolution efforts and manage escalations with multiple vendors
• Ensure new functionality aligns with customer journey expectations and enhances dealer and customer experiences
• Work collaboratively with the Performance Institute Connected Services Brand Training Manager to support dealer network training initiatives
• Utilize project management tools and systems such as MS Project, Smart Sheet, and other related platforms

• 5+ years of technical project management experience
• Minimum 5 years supporting multiple software projects in technical roles
• Strong organizational, project, program, and vendor management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and building collaborative stakeholder relationships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and budgets
• Process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and results
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project and Smart Sheet
• Preferred experience in Connectivity and Connected Services within the automotive industry
• Preferred IT background or knowledge of programming, web services, and hosting environments
• General automotive systems and component knowledge preferred
• Dealership retail experience preferred
