Role Overview
Piston Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team supporting the Piston Automotive business unit. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Redford, MI and will play a critical role in supporting both end users and core IT infrastructure.
What You Will Do- Provide daily end-user support
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory
- Manage phone systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
The ideal candidate will have experience across a broad range of technologies and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Requirements- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure-related role
- Relevant certifications (MCSA, CompTIA, Cisco, VMware, etc.)
