- Help build an IT SharePoint site aimed at both IT employees and the broader global organization (content structure, page design, and ongoing maintenance)
- Assist in maintaining internal communication channels and updating content regularly.
- Design visual materials (presentations, infographics, and dashboards) that simplify complex technical information.

- Support cross-functional collaboration between IT, PMO, and corporate communications teams.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback and engagement metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
- Creative thinker with a strong ability to translate technical or project-based content into clear, engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with project management or IT terminology is preferred.
- Interest in the automotive industry, digital transformation, and innovation.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
