What do you need to succeed
- ?3+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 1

Experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PC - sExperience using Active Director
- yExperience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 clien
- tExperience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issue
- sQuality Customer Service skill
- sVPN experience
- .Experience with basic hardware printer suppor
- tExperience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RD
