Are you our next Logistics Specialist?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support our operations at the Auburn Hills, MI facility. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, reporting directly to the Service Team Leader.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
  • Receive, inspect, and document all inbound shipments and deliveries to the facility.
  • Organize and store materials efficiently in designated areas, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation of contents, delivery methods, and timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve any shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
To succeed, you will need
  • Experience &

    Skills:

    Background in shipping, receiving, or logistics
  • Technical Know-How: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistics or inventory management systems.
  • Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and stay on top of multiple moving parts.
  • Communication: Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well across teams and departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a hands‑on, proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving materials as part of daily warehouse operations.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
