Hub Buyer

We are seeking a highly motivated Hub Buyer to join our Purchasing team and play a key role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives across a multi-site environment. This position is responsible for managing supplier performance, delivering cost savings, and implementing regional and global purchasing strategies.

• Lead Indirect Category Strategy implementation and ownership
  , driving value beyond transactional purchasing
• Analyze and manage spend, savings, and performance metrics
  , leveraging data to inform decisions
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost optimization and meet annual savings targets
• Collaborate across multiple sites to standardize processes and enhance purchasing efficiency
• Drive alignment with cross‑functional stakeholders
  , influencing decisions and ensuring business objectives are met
• Support supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Proven experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into tangible action plans and fast execution.
• Experience working in a multi‑site or global environment
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
• A strategic thinker who can move beyond transactional buying to deliver long‑term value

Bachelor's Degree from four‑year college or university; or 3‑5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience of direct experience in purchasing, and a minimum English proficiency level of A2.
