* About the Role:

**** As a Purchasing Analyst, you will support the Purchasing Department by contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives, cost optimization efforts, supplier management, and cross-functional projects. You will also assist with market intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and purchasing activities to support overall business objectives and project success.
**** Responsibilities Also Include:
***** Monitor QCD supplier relationship on his/her perimeter in line with QCD Target set by Non Production Purchasing Network and in accordance with Compliance and Ethical rules of the Group.
* Propose and implement productivity actions in collaboration with the Segment Organisation.
* Maintain supplier panels and ensure supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate.
* Performs RFQ, Negotiation and Ordering Process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by NPP Organization within e-procurement system.
* Make extensive usage of e-auctions
* Solves daily operational issues to answer internal customer need, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the NPP Network (SSC Manager, Segment Leader...)
* Support and enforce dematerialization process
* Develop and Support usage of online catalogs  where appropriate.
**** What you Should Have:
***** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance,, or related field.
* Experience with Excel and Google Applications is preferred.
* 0-2 years of experience within related field.
