  • Provide cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes.
  • Work closely with the Sales and New Program Launch teams to ensure all packaging cost assumptions are fully understood, validated, and incorporated into customer quotes and program financials.
  • Audit actual costs to identify and address deficiencies in continually improving cost estimation.

  • Manage budget for builds, redeployments, repairs, and losses; create ROIs for conversions and location adds; support sourcing/negotiations.
  • Plan launches/ECNs: phase‑in/out plans, readiness at suppliers/plants, ramp‑to‑rate container availability.
  • Bridge design, cost, and customer validation, ensuring alignment with budget targets
  • Manage customer reimbursement activity for out of scope packaging usage
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
