** Overview*
* + Reports To Supply Chain Manager
+ Will support procurement and project execution. This role is responsible for monitoring open purchase orders, expediting supplier deliveries, and ensuring materials arrive on time to support production schedules and customer project milestones.
+ Will work closely with Purchasing, Suppliers, Project Management, Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Receiving to proactively resolve supply chain issues.
** Responsibilities*
* + Monitor open purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments.
+ Contact suppliers to obtain order acknowledgements, production status, and shipping updates.
+ Maintain accurate delivery dates and supplier information within the ERP system.
+ Expedite critical materials and resolve delivery delays.
+ Identify potential shortages and escalate supply issues as needed.
+ Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Project Management, Logistics, and Receiving to
+ communicate material status.
+ Assist with resolving shipping, documentation, receiving, and invoice discrepancies.
+ Generate and maintain reports on overdue purchase orders and supplier performance.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supplier performance and on-time
+ delivery.
+ Additional procurement responsibilities and duties may be assigned based on business needs.
** Required Qualifications*
* + Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or _equivalent work experience_ .
+ Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, expediting, supply chain, customer service, or manufacturing support preferred.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
+ Experience using ERP/MRP systems preferred.
+ Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

+ Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple supplier follow-ups.
