Logistics Coordinator; Onsite- Auburn Hills, MI

A partner of The Mom Project in the transportation/logistics industry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help support their business needs. This role is onsite in Auburn Hills, MI
.

• Works closely with team members to meet or exceed all customer service requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure shipments are delivered on time and according to customer specifications.
• Track shipments and manage inventory levels.
• Executes Load planning and optimization strategy.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, including delays, damages, and lost shipments.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Ensures the attainment of applicable key factors.
• Responsible for accurate data capture and system entry.
• Provides remote and on‑site support to teams including customer service, material planning, logistics and supply chain departments.
• Utilizes the quality process to resolve customer service and vendor issues.
• Assists with new account start-ups.
• Proactively anticipates and resolves potential customer service partner vendor and internal team issues.
• Performs other duties as needed
• Project work as required.

• 2 years’ experience in a logistics, customer service or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
