• High School Diploma or Equivilent
• Valid Michigan Drivers License
• At least one year experience Facilities Maintenance
• At least one year experience with health and safety inspections

• Completes Preventative Maintenance checks and reports on a regular basis for assigned EM sites and equipment.
• Complete regular internal Health and Safety Inspections as related to specific sites.
• Coordinate and complete various Work Order maintenance requests that are submitted for completion.
• Perform routine maintenance repairs such as electrical, plumbing, door and lock set replacement and modular furniture modifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment for public and staff.
• Other duties as assigned
