Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing the maintenance and continuous improvement of automated systems and machinery within the plant. This role involves managing a team of technician and engineers, ensuring minimal downtime, optimizing performance, and maintaining safety standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance management within an automated manufacturing environment
• Advanced certifications in automation or maintenance management is a plus
• IATF Requirement expertise
• Experience with Kistler press, Helium leak test, Siemens PLCs, and HMI systems is required
• Maintenance Management:
  Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all automated systems and machinery
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of automation equipment including robotics. Kistler press, Helium leak test, Siemens PLCs and HMI Systems
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
• Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide training to ensure team members are skilled in the latest technologies and safety protocols
• System Optimization:
  Continuously assess and improve the performance of automated systems
• Identify opportunities for upgrades and enhancements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
• Implement best practices for predictive and preventative maintenance
• Safety and Compliance:
  Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessment
• Promote culture safety within the maintenance team and across the plant
• Inventory and Budget Management:
  Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for parts and services as needed
• Documentation and reporting:
  Maintain details records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and downtime incidents
• Prepare and present regular reports of maintenance metrics and performance to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant documentation's standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaboration and effective communication
• Core competencies:
  
  Strong leadership and team management skills;
  Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities;
  Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools;
  Knowledge on safety regulations
