Job description:
Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Financial rollups
- Timing development
- Issues/Risk management
- Project report-outs including Directors & Management Reviews
- Lead cross functional teams (through program management and control team meetings)
- Lead Quality Gate Reviews
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) or a related degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, with specific automotive programs (propulsion, vehicle development, calibration, etc.)
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results
- Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior management
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation
- Master of Business Administration
- 5 years' experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above
- PMP Certified
