• 2nd shift 2:45PM – 11:00PM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Molding Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Molding Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining molding machines to produce high-quality components efficiently and safely. This role is vital to our manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet our stringent quality standards.

• Set up and operate molding machines in accordance with specific job orders and company guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor the molding process to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience as a Molding Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime, as needed.
