Summary
United CNC Machining is seeking an elite Mazak Integrex Lathe Set‑Up/Programmer.
Responsibilities- Program, set‑up, and run Mazak Integrex machines for prototype and low‑quantity machining projects.
- Read and interpret 2D prints and 3D models to generate CNC code.
- Operate 5‑axis turn/mill equipment as required.
- Maintain machining criteria, tool setup, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of Mazatrol control and Mazak Integrex machines.
- Experience with 5‑axis turn/mill machining.
- Proficiency in Mastercam software.
- Familiarity with G and M codes.
- Ability to read 2D prints and 3D models.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Minimum of 10 years of machining experience.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Regular standing, bending, and manual assembly work.
• Work performed in a clean, organized, controlled manufacturing setting.
