As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for conducting various tasks to support the Welders, and Weld Fitters.

• General cleaning in the fab shop
• Grinding and Deburring weldments
• Assist Fitters with set up
• Achieve quality and production goals
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work with and without supervision
• Personal effectiveness/credibility
• Clear and consistent communication with team
• Multitasking

• Must be able to work overtime as necessary
