Sub System Launch Lead

As a Sub System Launch Lead at Stellantis, you will own end-to-end launch readiness for critical vehicle subsystems in a global manufacturing environment. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timing, quality, and cost targets are met from pilot builds through SOP. Responsibilities include building and executing launch plans, managing risks and issues, driving root-cause resolution, validating process capability, and reporting status to leadership.

You'll help industrialize innovative technologies that enable EVs and software-defined vehicles in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.
