Summer hours (through 9/5):
Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM. After 9/5:
Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM.
Breaks: two 15s + 30-min lunch
Pay: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities- Review build sheets, prints, and production documentation
- Assemble electrical plates and enclosures using build prep instructions
- Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware per documentation
- Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification per print
- Use hand and power tools safely (drills, drivers, crimpers, cutters, torque tools)
- Support teammates to keep workflow moving and maintain a positive shop environment
- Follow quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S / shop housekeeping)
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (wiring, labeling, component placement)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing/assembly setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stay on task
- Ability to follow written work instructions and basic electrical prints/build sheets
- Technical/vocational training (electrical, industrial, mechatronics) is a plus
- Prior experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, control panels, manufacturing assembly, or mechanical
