What you’ll tackleCNC Machine Setup & Changeover for mills, lathes, grinders, and Swiss Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement during in‑process and final checks

Blueprint and specification interpretation to plan operations

Offset, tooling, and parameter optimization to hit tight tolerances

Collaboration with programming and quality to refine processes

Must‑haves1+ years operating CNC lathes, mills, or grinders (4+ preferred; mastery over tenure)
Setup experience is required

Proficiency in GD&T fundamentals is a plus—not required

Inspection experience with gauges and measurement systems

Valued backgrounds: aerospace, medical, tool & die, automotive, job shops

Machines you may runCNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) and CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) and CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
CNC Swiss LatheCNC Grinder Compliance requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen (security clearance eligibility required)
Must be able to pass apre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
